I retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2023 as a Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of service, where I led with purpose, built high-performing teams, and mentored future leaders.

I believe deeply in transformational leadership—from casting vision to driving execution. I hold master’s degrees in Military Operational Art & Science and Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. My military career included extensive training in operations, strategic planning, and survival skills, all of which strengthened my adaptability and resilience in high-stakes environments.

As an Electronic Warfare Officer, I flew over 100 combat missions and logged more than 1,100 flight hours, guiding teams through complex challenges and improving operational efficiency. My expertise in strategic communication helped bridge the gap between executive leadership and 34,000 employees through training, briefings, and media production.

While I’m proud of these accomplishments, I remain humbled by the truth that I can do all things through Christ. My mission is to help and encourage you to become the leader you’re called to be.
