Through God's grace I've been blessed with extensive leadership and organizational experience, and I'm passionate about sharing what I have learned with others.  I retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2023 as a Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of service, where I developed hands-on, mission-focused leadership, built high-performing teams, and mentored future leaders. I believe strongly in transformational leadership, from vision to execution. I hold master’s degrees in Military Operational Art & Science and Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. My military career included extensive training in military operations, strategic planning, and survival skills, reinforcing my adaptability and resilience in high-stakes environments. As an Electronic Warfare Officer, I flew over 100 combat missions and logged 1,100+ flight hours, leading teams through complex challenges and improving operational efficiency. My expertise in strategic communication helped bridge the gap between executive leadership and 34,000 employees through training, briefings, and media production. While proud of these accomplishments, I remain humbled by the truth that I can do all things through Christ. My mission is to help and encourage you to become the leader you are called to be. My leadership philosophy is shaped by faith and adventure. Ever since my first backpacking trip in the Grand Canyon at age 10, I’ve been drawn to the journey.
